Women empowerment refers to making women powerful to make them capable of deciding for themselves. Women have suffered a lot through the years at the hands of men. In earlier centuries, they were treated as almost non-existent. As if all the rights belonged to men even something as basic as voting. As the times evolved, women realized their power. There on began the revolution for women empowerment.

As women were not allowed to make decisions for them, women empowerment came in like a breath of fresh air. It made them aware of their rights and how they must make their own place in society rather than depending on a man. It recognized the fact that things cannot simply work in someone’s favor because of their gender. However, we still have a long way to go when we talk about the reasons why we need it.

Almost every country, no matter how progressive has a history of ill-treating women. In other words, women from all over the world have been rebellious to reach the status they have today. While the western countries are still making progress, third world countries like India still lack behind in Women Empowerment.

In India, women empowerment is needed more than ever. India is amongst the countries which are not safe for women. There are various reasons for this. Firstly, women in India are in danger of honor killings. Their family thinks its right to take their lives if they bring shame to the reputation of their legacy.

Real friend are faithful, generous, honest, humorous, loving, forgiving, and many other good traits. True friends never leave you behind no matter what the situation is you're in.

 They will gladly help you with everything you need.  Among the traits of a best friend, honesty is easily one of the most significant.  Great friends are accepting, even when their lives diverge from your own. Also friends must be loyal and they must not stab you in the back with bad word about you.  A loyal friend supports you all the time, no matter what. Real friends come through for you when the going gets tough.

 They comfort you when you're in pain, listen to you vent when you're frustrated, and will usually do you a favor when you really need one. A friend is someone you should be able to call when you really need to be bailed out of a bad situation. Forever friends are rare gems. They come few and far between as the years pass. They're priceless. This popular study says it all: If a friendship lasts longer than seven years, psychologists say it will last a lifetime.





With the busy life style of the people, the family problems are increasing day by day without any solution. Nowadays both fathers and mothers go to work and they don’t have much time to spend together, relax more, visit places, be socialized, talk about the private matters, take care about each other, because with tight schedules, preparations of the kids to school, household work come as he priorities. So when they fail to balance the role plays, and get annoyed of each other, they get stressed, and argue with each other, fight, even in the worst scenario, they harm each other, specially when the husbands cannot control their anger, they might hurt their wives physically as well.




When people get sick, it is a rather stressful time for them, no matter if the disease is serious and may have consequences or not. Unfortunately, sometimes people around the sick person can aggravate the situation with their attitude. The purpose of this paper is to review the situation that happened to Sarah, one of the Home Health Care Agency workers.
